1) How can I contact your customer service team?

2) How do I find my sizing?

3) I emailed your customer service team. When will I receive a response? 

Our customer service team aims to respond to all E-mails within 24-48 hours. Excluding weekends and holidays.  

4)  How long will my order take to be fulfilled?

Orders Processing from Infightsyle Canada Warehouse takes minimum 1 - 3 days excluding weekends/holidays.

Then it will be shipped. 

Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for shipping times once the item has left the warehouse.

 5) How long will Shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on Country and regulations maybe delaying shipments. 

Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed by estimated date and could be extended by Canada Post.

Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carrier.

Please make sure your address and drop off directions is correct Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for shipping address errors or stolen parcels. 

 6) Will you be charged Duties or taxes on purchase?

We are not responsible for any duties incurred - Duty Charges vary depending on region and country rates. Purchaser is responsible for all duties. Check your Postal Service for more information on or if any charges will be incurred.

 7) Do you offer Returns and Refunds? 

Yes, we accept only returns - Please check our Product Return and Refund Policy to know more.

 8) What if I receive a damaged product? 

Please email with your order number including a video and photos of the fault.

The pictures/videos of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact.

Infightstyle Canada is not responsible for damaged items due to shipping carrier.

Contact shipping carrier and register a claim - then contact us via email with claim number. 

 9) Do you offer discounts and promotions? 

Yes, we offer discounts and promotions. Make sure to sign up for our email list to receive news on special offers. Please do not email us for promo codes. 

 10) Why hasn't my tracking status been updated? 

Don’t fret! Your tracking status may take up to 24hrs to update from pre-shipment status. Orders Processing from start to shipping takes 1 - 3 days excluding weekends/holidays.

11) Is it possible to change or cancel an order? 

Please contact our team immediately if you need to change or cancel your order but we unfortunately we cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our warehouse. 

12) What if I do not receive my order?

All orders from Infightstyle Canada are Tracked and Insured up to $100 by Canada Post. Please be aware they will only pay up to $100 per order if lost or stolen. We do not cover refunds on orders that are stolen or lost by Canada Post. 

You will first contact Canada Post or your local shipping service and request a claim investigation from them.

Once you have a claim number - you can email us and we can attempt to help resolve the issue with Canada Post.

Infightstyle Canada cannot guarantee that the order will be resolved by Canada Post. Canada Post Claim Details:

Steps to take before contacting Canada Post to start an investigation

Follow the steps below before asking Canada Post or Infightstyle Canada to start an investigation into the missing package.

After you have taken the steps above:

Contact Canada Post to start an investigation. 

 The following criteria must be met to start an investigation into a missing domestic package:
  • The claim must be started within 90 days of the shipping date
  • The expected delivery date for the package must have passed and the package must not have been delivered

Please note: Both senders and receivers can initiate an inquiry. However, only senders can request and receive claims payments.

What you’ll need
  • The tracking number of the missing package
  • The sender’s name and address
  • The main contact person’s name and contact information
  • The receiver's name, address, and contact information
  • The amount of additional insurance coverage purchased
  • A description of the contents of the package
  • The last date the sender was in contact with the receiver

Please note: Canada Post ask for other information (proof of payment, proof of the item’s value, verification of insurance purchased) as part of the investigation, but it’s not required to start.

 The following criteria must be met to start an investigation into a missing U.S. or International package:
  • The claim must be started within 6 months of the shipping date
  • The package must have been sent using one of the following trackable services and the required number of days must have passed:
    • Xpresspost™/Tracked Packet™ – You can submit a claim 1 day after the expected delivery date
    • Registered Mail™/International Parcel (Air) – You can submit a claim 30 days after the shipping date
    • International Parcel (Surface) – You can submit a claim 60 days after the shipping date
